What it Means to be Biblical, Reformed, and Confessional

Our church is Biblical, Reformed, and Confessional.

To be Biblical means that we subscribe to the complete inerrancy and trustworthiness of Scripture because it is God-breathed.

To be Reformed means much more than adhering to the five points of Calvinism. Though John Calvin's five points are a good place to start for understanding the Reformed faith, we encourage you to read more about the Reformed distinctives here.

To be Confessional means that we confess the Westminster Confession of Faith together with the Westminster Larger and Shorter Catechisms, the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism and the Canons of Dort. We also confess our faith using the forms of the ancient creeds: the Apostle's Creed and the Nicene Creed.
